 Warehouse Logistics

Brunswick County is located immediately adjacent to the City of Wilmington. The North Carolina Port of Wilmington is one of the fastest growing port facilities on the east coast. The new North Carolina International Port Terminal will be under construction soon and will be located in Brunswick County.

Brunswick County and the The North Carolina Port of Wilmington have identified a corridor along US 74 and 76 between the Leland Industrial Park and the Columbus County line as an industrial/logistics corridor. This corridor is within 10 - 15 miles of the port. Interstate 140 will have an interchange at this corridor within the next 5 years.

Several developers are in the process of developing over 2,500 acres into industrial/logistics parks in this corridor. These parks will be completed within 15 months and will provide the infrastructure and transportation needs that industries and logistic companies require. Land prices will be well below other east coast port related industrial property costs. At least two spec. distribution buildings will be built in the parks, each exceeding 300,000 square feet.

If you have interest in port related activities, please call our office for more information.
