International Logistics Park

The International Logistics Park of North Carolina consists of over 1,000 acres of land located on the Brunswick County/Columbus County border adjacent to US 74/76.  The site is served with public water from Columbus County and public sewer from Brunswick County.  The entire park is Tier One, which provides some major incentives from the state.  A non-profit has been created that markets the park in cooperation with the ED offices of both counties.  We are targeting logistics and light industries to the park.
